Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders on the day they are received, excluding weekends and public holidays. Some orders may be dispatched the following business day.
Delivery Times
We use Australia Post to send your order throughout Australia, New Zealand and internationally. All orders are sent with tracking details.
Delivery time for express shipping is 1-2 days within Australia. Delivery time for standard shipping is 5-7 days within Australia. Express Post delivery via Australia Post is overnight to most locations, although some regional/rural areas may be next day delivery.
Delivery costs
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 anywhere within Australia. Standard shipping is free if your order value is over $75 (excluding shipping). Express Post is available on all orders for a flat rate of $10. Express Post shipping is free for all orders over $100 (excluding shipping). Free express post shipping only applies to jewellery and watches. Heavy items such as figurines etc may be sent by standard post at our discretion or otherwise may not qualify for free shipping.
International Delivery
We deliver to most locations in the world for a flat shipping rate via Australia Post. Your local postal agency will deliver your parcel on behalf of Australia Post. All international shipments are sent via Airmail, with estimated delivery time of 7-21 days. WE NO LONGER DELIVER TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
