We aim to dispatch all orders on the day they are received, excluding weekends and public holidays. Some orders may be dispatched the following business day.
We use Australia Post to send your order. All orders are sent with tracking details.
Delivery time for standard shipping is 5-7 days within Australia. Express Post delivery via Australia Post is overnight to most locations, although some regional/rural areas may be next day delivery.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 anywhere within Australia. Standard shipping is free if your order value is over $75 (excluding shipping). Express Post is available on all orders for a flat rate of $10 Express Post shipping is free for all orders over $100 (excluding shipping).
We deliver to most locations in the world for a flat shipping rate of $35. All international shipments are sent via Airmail, with delivery time 7-21 days. International deliveries can be delayed by a range of factors, including limited flights to the destination and customs entry requirements.
We do not accept returns on a change-of mind-basis after 7 days. If you wish to return any item that you have purchased from us, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items can be returned for an exchange or store credit voucher. Please note there is no refund for change-of-mind purchases, only an exchange or store credit.
We reserve the right not to accept change-of-mind returns on sale and clearance items.
Original shipping costs are not refundable. We reserve the right to deduct the original cost of shipping from any return, even if your original shipping was free, as this is still an expense incurred by us.
Free return shipping will apply to the exchange item if it meets the minumum spend for free shipping.
All returns must be received by us in the original, unworn condition in which they were sent and must include all packaging, tags, warranties, leaflets, free gifts etc originally supplied by us.
Returns that are incomplete, damaged, worn or returned without their original packaging, tags, warranties, leaflets, etc as originally supplied by us will not be accepted.
It is your responsibility to ensure returned items are packed well and are protected from damage in transit. We suggest you use a return method that enables you to track the parcel as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
